A Few Medical Illustrations

I am always thinking about compositions, design and layout of a page.

I love anatomy
and the
foundations
of life Drawing

I did these sketches
back in 1992,
shortly out of high school.
I've always been fascinated
by how things work ~
learning about anatomy
helped me to understand
the figure more easily...

Here are the Cooks

The extraordinary~ Sharon and Kevin Cook.
Two people I am interested in painting next!!!

A Rough Sketch

I painted this a year ago @ The Please Touch Museum. It is a painting of Wanda, reading to two little girls. Although it's not finished, there is something I like a lot about it~ it must be in the memory of the day!

( I am really eager to paint more
inter-generational narratives...)

A Keeper for the Sea

Owen Oniskey

~ can't wait for the show on the 19th @ Dick Blick @ 2pm

A big Thanks to ASI and Timothy Andrews

for providing me with the Advertising Specialty Institute Award
for Excellence in Applied Illustration @ Moore's Senior Show.

Wow! Where did all the time @ Moore go?

I was thrilled to bring Mia to Moore
the other day to show her my senior
wall display and to see what she thought.
Over all, she said it was pretty good...

(I was lucky to have a good critique that day.)
